I returned two hats that I purchased from them online, and I'm been waiting for a refund for over 15 days. It's probably best to prurchase their items via Amazon, or another reputable retailer. If you buy directly from them, beware!

Do not waste your time. Paid 413 GBP including some strange fees ( my fault ! Just wanted these hats ) . The hats were never sent to me! Received three different couriers links to track the parcel. None of links worked . Fed up of chasing customer service and reported to Pay Pal for refund. Shame ! I really admired their products but unbelievably disappointing service.

To be clear, I have not even received the hat yet, or a confirmation email and had to call to have it manually sent to me. Also, be warned: a sneaky fee from a company called Navidium—a form of shipping insurance you should not need—is applied automatically unless you opt-out. I have never seen any other online retailer do something like this.

I ordered the Champ II in sand/gold. On the website the visor doesn’t show any gold flecks but when it arrived I was surprised at how gold this visor was. I thought I would just exchange it as I made sure to review their return policy prior to ordering and it stated returns/exchanges would be complimentary. I contacted customer service to start the exchange process only to be told that because I was in Canada I would have to pay out of pocket for return shipping. I asked to see this in the website only to be sent a screenshot that noted duties and taxes were not their responsibility. Nothing about return shipping not being complimentary. The agent agreed that they need to update their policy and told me she would let her supervisor know to change it. Again- not offering return shipping despite the fact that the website advertised free returns. Ridiculous. Will not be ordering again. For a premium brand they really need to work on customer service. They’re saving $20 on not honoring their online policy yet losing lots of business from people like me that will refuse to buy their product again.

Do not apply for employment with this company!! Total mismanagement and extremely disorganized! Within 7 hours a worker was blaming me for a mistake that had nothing to do with me! I was showed an email from a consumer with a picture of a knife found in the box. The blade was sticking out of the handle! If they grabbed that blade this company was looking at a serious law suit! Just avoid at all costs!
