Equus – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I have edited my review as agree with equus- think it was a Royal Mail issue.. but maybe worth looking into a different courier service for this reason? It still did take 3 wks. Thank you for reply though.

I am quite happy to change my initial rating of 1 star to 4 star. After my review I was contacted within the hour by Loren . My item arrived 2 days later via special delivery which I could track. I'm very impressed with my beautiful new fly rug + a large bottle of free fly spray & was credited 500 rossettes. I'm not sure exactly why the phones are not being answered though. So my item has arrived 4 days later than expected but overall I'm very happy with the result. ................................................................. INITIAL REVIEW I placed my order for a ride on fly rug for £37 on Sun 9th July & the money was debited from my account on Monday 10th July& I recieved an email saying will take 3-4 working days & wait for dispatch email. It's now Mon 17th July I've received no item ( which I desperately need for my sweet itch mare as can't take her for the trip I've planned without this item) Ive emailed twice no reply no update I've called 2 times left 2 messages with my O/ N 114043523446 & phone number & email No reply nothing. I would be prepared to wait but I can't take my mare anywhere without this item. I'm so so disappointed with the service. Sophia Bains

Shame about the delivery time (it came within the time specified but too late for the event). I ordered from another supplier to get in time and they arrived next day! The riding tights are great and so have decided to keep both pairs. If you can wait a few days by all means order from here but I am usually in a great hurry!

excellent service as always from Equus. Very happy with my purchase, the Aubrion Short Sleeve Stock Shirt - UK 10 (S) seems well made, I like the soft slightly stretchy fabric and it fits me perfectly .
