Non capisco tutti questi commenti negativi sull'assistenza. Ieri ho contattato EpicGames mediante il servizio assistenza online e l'operatore "Ram-Bro" mi ha aiutato a risolvere il problema; il tutto circondato da gentilezza e professionalità. Il Launcher di EG è eccellente non mi ha mai causato un problema. Io consiglierei ai lamentatori di essere pazienti e usare gli giusti strumenti perché non credo proprio che non aiutino a chi rivolge loro una domanda.

They fixed my account problem when I reported it at 1am on a Sunday, it was fixed by 3am! Awesome job! (also I love the weekly free games!)

First of all, the games are great. They are fun and i play them daily. I don’t like that the launcher no longer works with apple, but i understand it. I dont like that they stopped servicing Macs with the Chp 2 Sn 6 Fortnite still on there, but whatever, Cloud gaming exists, it’s not that big. Its can be hard to understand how to configure and register your account, but ince you get past that, its cool. I dont like that Nintendo switch has its own Vbucks wallet instead of a combined Vbucks pool like on other devices. Overall, great games, but compnsumer expierience could be more smooth.

Varje gång, vilket är några gånger nu, som jag har kontaktat deras support har jag fått svar inom 24 h. Jag har fått hjälp att lösa problem med mitt konto omgående. Om man har tvåfaktorsautentisering så är det inga som helst problem att få hjälp. Deras support är grym och svarar på helger.
