Elemis – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Placed an Elemis order and the promotion items I had ordered were missing from my delivery. I sent an email to customer services, Charlotte emailed me back and It was sorted out very quickly, and the missing items are being posted out with a few samples included. Jasmin was quick to respond Monday morning after a weekend inquiry as to not receiving my package. She has also tracked my package as the USPS said it had been delivered a week ago. This was not true as it had come late in the Saturday mail. I'm happy to have and use this amazing cleansing balm so all is good. Elemis cannot control the postal service or if they are or not accurate in reporting their services. Thank you Jasmin.

I have been ordering from Elemis for years. The products are high quality and the delivery is always reliable and super quick. I had to contact customer services online recently because I made a mistake on my order (completely my fault), but they responded quickly and rectified my mistake with goodwill which was most appreciated! I will always highly recommend Elemis to others.

Bought an Elemis product from one of their stockist in a clearance sale so was unsure whether they’d be able to help with the broken pump. But Beth went above and beyond to supply me a new pump for my item! Could not recommend enough! As someone who works in retail this is genuinely exceptional customer service!
