My experience in ordering some electric fencing was mostly very good. In particular, the advice I received when telephoning with a question about exactly what to order was first-class. The person I spoke to demonstrated a detailed knowledge of the products and their use and was able to direct me to the items I needed by quoting a part number that I could see online whilst on the phone. The delivery itself arrived with all items included although the outer packaging was slightly damaged. The products themselves seem to be of good quality and represent good value for money. The main downside is the delivery time from Germany. The website states 3-8 working days: my order arrived on the ninth day. There was, however plenty of communication about the order status so this wasn’t a problem for me. I think the website could make it clearer that the order will be coming from Germany and that delivery times are not always predictable. The other minor point was that my credit card issuer thought paying Voss was fraudulent transaction and blocked my card! But that was probably because I don’t usually buy anything from Germany. Overall, I would recommend this company on the basis of value for money and product knowledge - provided you don’t need the order urgently.

Was concerned after reading the reviews but was only place I could find the style of isolators we needed so went ahead. Ordered on Friday, goods turned up as ordered the following Thursday so well within expectations.

Quality products, delivered when they say they will be, with excellent customer service. Germany based makes it longer for UK delivery but the quality of items from other suppliers I've tried doesn't match.

Great quality products. I have ordered from Voss several times and will do again. Don't expect next day delivery as the are in Germany.

The item I ordered showed as being in stock with delivery in 3 - 8 working days. I placed my order on 25th June and by the 6th working day there was no indication of any progress. The parcel ultimately arrived on the morning of the 10th working day. Why can't they just say delivery in 7 - 10 days.
