I've had the pleasure of owning an Ekster wallet for a couple of years. It's the best wallet I've ever owned. Way better than some competitor models being pushed currently. But I needed to reach out to Ekster regarding the AirTag Cash Band. Bianca on the Customer Service team blew my mind with how expertly and courteously she handled my inquiry. For my experience with her and customer service (besides the excellent quality of the wallet), I'll never own anything but an Ekster.

This is my second purchase from Ekster, and my third wallet overall (one was given as a present) But I've loved the Parliament wallet since I first saw it. I upgraded to the air tag Parliament wallet and then decided to slim down to a normal Parliament wallet with a card tracker. I purchased my wallet from Amazon and it came the next day, fantastic. after using it I noticed that the wallet mechanism to lift the cards would get stuck and after 2 days I couldn't do it anymore. so taking a chance I contacted Ekster support and let them know of the issue. within 1 day of contacting them, they offered to send me a replacement free of charge! the person I messaged back and forth with was very nice and understanding. i tell everyone that see's my wallet how much i like it and where they can get one every chance i get. after this interaction, i can wholeheartedly say that I will be a customer for life.
