I had contacted the company based on having a leak in my mattress after several years of use. They immediately responded and issued me a replacement. It has been really one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had with a company. Based on my experience, just with this alone, I would purchase from this company again. Really excellent job.

We have two of their beds and are going on year 4 with them. I literally don’t want to spend the night out anywhere because I love this bed so much. We have had leaks in both of our beds and both were resolved quickly and easily. Your customer service is exceptional!

The product itself is great. I don't like to sleep with AC, and this is the perfect compliment to my bedroom fan. I stack the cost up against owning/running an AC in the Bedroom. About a year in, my metrics stopped working, probably a faulty sensor. Quick troubleshooting, and didn't give me the runaround - replaced and back in business.

I cannot recommend eight sleep enough, it has transformed my sleep. Throughout my life I've always struggled to get up in the morning and felt groggy, and for the past month since getting the eight sleep I've exercised almost every morning, which makes me feel so much better during the day. It was particularly helpful earlier this month when it was really hot inside and outside - it allowed me to go to bed with a nice temperature. They said that it would take about a week to adjust and get used to, and this was my experience as well; the first few nights were much too cold for me, and it's also not completely silent. But now that I've gotten more used to it, and the autopilot has gotten to know me, I've never slept better.
