EE Mobile – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Rang wanting an upgrade, wasn’t unrealistic with the upgrade price as I wanted the 16pro max. I have been with EE for years and mostly had good customer service. Tonight I got a really good deal from “Alfie” he took time to explain, listened to how much I wanted to pay and was polite and professional. I got my upgrade and found out Alfie hadn’t been working at ee long. He is an asset to the company. Looking forward to getting my new phone.

Went into store after trying online to place an order and was told online couldn’t happen - no issues so Ben at the Tamworth store was a great help ! Sorted it out quickly and i was in and out within half hour ! Perfect thank you so much !

I received a one month contract document and ee tried to charge me for 2 extra months. Document clearly states one month contract. I should only be charged for 1 month and I only used service for approximately 3 weeks. Update, spoke do an excellent service provider today Diana who sorted this out, cancelled the outstanding bill and apologised. She's a star. Changing my review from 1 star to 4 star as such errors should never have occurred.

I am so surprised to see such negative comments on here they have always been extremely helpful when calling them ,also they have helped any issues i encountered compared to other network they have been the best in being able to call and talk to them something many companies no longer do and their signal has been consistent ,I like to thank you Kyle for your support and patience

I just want to give a huge thanks to Rama who works in the EE Sutton branch. She was a ray of sunshine from the moment I walked in. Not only was she kind, helpful and informative she went above and beyond to get me the best deal I could possibly ask for along with extra benefits—I came in for a new phone and left with a new phone and a free tablet! I’ve never had a bad experience in EE and there’s a reason why I’ve been a loyal customer for so long but this experience was hands down the best and I owe it to Rama—so thank you and Happy International Women’s Day!! (Give that woman a raise immediately!)
