Horribly understaffed. Repetitive nerve racking music while holding with no option to leave call back number. Rather arrogant attitude if you ever get through. Not the same company it used to be.

Edelbrock should teach seminars on customer service. They are amazing. Thank you Vicki for your friendly and prompt help.

Bought a Pro flo 4 june 26. Waited 16 days to receive it which was no problem because I wasn't in a hurry. Opened the box the next day and realized the intake gaskets or rubber rings (ls3) were about a 1/2 inch too long for the rectangle ports. I had purchased the system through Jegs so I called them. 48th in the cue. Waited until I was 38th and hung up (about 30 minutes). Called later in the day and I was 55th in the cue so I just hung up. Called Edelbrock customer service the next morning and waited about 25 minutes for a guy (Matthew I believe) to answer. Explained my problem and he said they were all the same and he didn't see how that could be. After some back and forth we agreed for me to text pictures of the gasket at the port along with receipts etc. He said he would have to check with the warranty dept. ( then crickets.) I asked if he would call and let me know what they said and he said he would but his tone told me that he wasn't going to call. I waited about 24 hrs and called back to Edelbrock. On hold 1 hour and 16 minutes. A nice lady answered and asked how she could help. I explained my situation and no returned call and she assured me that she would pass on my info to Matthew when he got to work and either she or he would call me. You guessed it, no call from either a day later. I called Jegs the next day and waited an hour and 10 minutes for someone to answer (35th in the cue). A very nice lady (Carla) asked how she could help me. I explained my situation and after a short conversation we both agreed that due to my loss of confidence in Edelbrock because of their complete lack of caring about helping me that I should just return the Pro flo 4 for a refund, which I did and got a refund in just a few days. My problem now is that I had previously purchased a Pro flo 4 for an ls 7 build that I won't have running for awhile so my fear is that I'll get the same treatment if I encounter a problem with it. Such a shame that Edelbrock went from years of fantastic customer service to the worst that I've dealt with all because of them getting bought out by TCI. Dennis

Edelbrock bang for your buck hands down I've been working with Edelbrock 4 years through all sorts of different applications from dirt track drag strip restomods two everyday drivers reliability performance and cost makes Edelbrock the top intake producers over the whole industry always on The cutting edge always outperforming everybody else
