Great value and excellent customer service

All I can say is that when I had to cancel my hotel due to flight disruption the online chat help was exceptional. They contacted the hotel, managed to get the penalty fees waived and I already have a full refund on it's way. Good customer service at a time of terrible stress for us. Madeira holiday! 21st Feb to 28th Feb.
