Habe durchweg gute Erfahrungen. Bei Problemen mit Händlern btf. Rückgabe, wird (sind jedenfalls meine Erfahrungen) professionell und sachkundig dem Kunden geholfen. Man setzt sich für den Erhalt kostenfreier Retoureetiketts ein, wenn der Händler offensichtlich defekte Ware versendet hat. Ist bei anderen online Versandhändlern eher unüblich, deshalb bestelle ich auch fast nur noch bei ebay. Nur wenn dort mal etwas nicht erhältlich ist, muss ich leider anderweitig zugreifen. Anfragen per Mail erhält man generell noch am selben Tag Rückmeldung. Effizient und Serviceorientiert, gibt´s von meiner Seite nichts zu kritisieren
