By not trying to sell Gardening Magazines to customers when they are ordering from you. I told the woman who took my order several times that I had a very small and largely paved garden and did not want this gardening magazine. She went on and on about it until I finally unfortunately said yes. It seemed the only way that I was going to place. My order. Today I received a letter from the Gardening Club but no brochure. It says I have 28 days free until the 30th of this month. It is now the 14th!! What a SCAM! As a result of this I may decide not to use Easylife again.

Very disappointed after fitting battery’s could not see how this would suck wax from ears, didn’t try as wanted to return the item.

Scammers! My Nan ordered two hose pipes nearly two years ago after seeing an advert in a paper. And last month noticed two different amounts have been taken out of her account, when she called they just kept telling her she’d ordered something but couldn’t prove it. After a very long phone call they finally agreed to send the money back. Awful company, keeping peoples details and taking money at a later date. Luckily my Nan is on the ball and noticed, I bet lots don’t. So sad. Should be ashamed

The purchase never arrived. Very poor by the courier. Refund accepted.

The hearing aid I received was only one very stupid, well taken in. Please could you cancel my term with you.
