EarthFlora – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Many items in the webpage are out of stock and you are still allowed to order them. They did refund me once they realized the mistake.

I have ordered from earthflora several times over the years. My orders have been very small and very large. Every time I have had great success with this company. With quick shipping, lower prices, good quality products, and helpful customer service when needed.

I ordered an item from earth flora. They charged my credit card before checking their stock. They were out of stock in what I ordered. I requested a refund. A month later they are ignoring me. The matter is now under a complaint with the credit card. They simply took my money for nothing. Update. Despite the earthflora response, they have not refunded my money as of this date, 2.9.24.

Placed order on March 9, 2023. Heard nothing and when I contacted customer service on March 26, 2023, was told it was back ordered, they had contacted me, to check my "spam". Well I did. Nothing. Product finally arrived at the end of the month and was definitely not something I would have anticipated, colorwise. Called the same day for RMA#. Finally received # on April 7, 2023, 1 week later. Had to pay return shipping costs of $30. but mailed the package back that very day. Tracking estimated the arrival on April 11, 2023. Radio silence. Left message and their return email stated it would take 10 business days for a credit. BTW, read the small print: 10% stocking fees apply. Finally I have my credit card credited today, April 27, 2023. That makes it 8 weeks of back and forth, mostly me motivating them, and using almost $300 of my money. Will never purchase from them again.

I’ve ordered several products from Earthflora....artificial bougainvillea vines installed outdoors in the sun 6 years ago still look great, so I just ordered some more. Also a couple of lirope bushes for a shady problem spot where nothing would grow. I’m an avid gardener and appreciate how real the plants look. Most visitors can’t tell the difference. A few downsides (for someone used to Amazon) is high shipping costs for orders less than $100, and no email alerts when an item ships. Otherwise good customer service...quick responses to emails
