Generally a very helpful review of ECM if a bit canned. And, it started with Debra having a photo of me instead of her live feed. It might have been helpful to be warned in advance that I'd be having a new employee do the review, with an experienced employee observing/assisting. Also, Google Meet does not offer great screen sharing. The screen was extremely small and not useful. It did work for me to view my own pages on your website. Later Debra found a way to enlarge it so at least that section was visible. I impressed with your offering and look forward to having your services.

I love getting my mail virtually. It allows me to travel without worrying about my checks, or my mail stolen.
