Great personal service including advice and putting my order on hold while I was away – then expediting it so that my family didn't miss out on their Christmas presents! Top notch.

Needing inspiration for family Xmas presents, I decided to entrust Each Moment with digitising a box of dusty old Cine films. Following a smooth transaction, 7 luxury USB’s duly arrived in September. All were in good working order and gratefully received by the family when gifted in December. Early in the New Year, one of the USB’s subsequently failed, which was disappointing given it was fine when originally tested. I rang Each Moment to explain the problem but was informed that the guarantee period had expired. However, Jude (CEO) agreed to send a complimentary replacement for which I am most grateful. It is heartening to deal with a company that puts customer satisfaction at the top of its priorities.

Order collection and delivery were excellent. First class digitisation of some very old 8mm cine films. Able to track progress of order.

This company are fantastic. They brought an old Camcorder mini cassette back to life, and with it footage of my father who had recently died. It is an invaluable treasure and I cannot thank them enough. The company were so kind and supportive in their communications with me, and the way the final pieces were presented, particularly the usbs in a box, meant that I could give them as gifts to other family members. Each Moment are skillful in what they do and their customer service is great. A gem of a company!
