Dustdeal – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Very strange customer service. I ordered some vacuum cleaner bags on Saturday a week ago. On the Monday following I had an email confirming my order and saying they would be despatched that day - if they were in stock. Nothing since then. It's curious practice to allow someone to buy something without knowing whether it's in stock. Additionally, if they were in stock I can't think they would have taken 10 days to arrive so presumably they didn't have them - or maybe they were in stock but they just have extremely slow delivery. Other reviews have said that, although this company looks as if it's UK-based, they are in fact a Dutch company. Maybe they're coming all the way from the Netherlands. I wish I'd read these reviews before I'd ordered, annoying for what should be such a simple order. I'll probably just order from another company and write it off to experience. UPDATE - it's now been two weeks since I put in the order and still nothing has arrived. Please do read the reviews before you buy anything from them.

they take your money but they don't give you what you paid for. It's very strange. I paid for some vaccum cleaner bags, and I cannot contact them in any way because they say the email is only for them emailing me and not the other way round. They said to contact them on helpdesk, that link is a dead end. DO NOT USE IT

My order is 161204044. I placed an order and received their email when I made the purchase on 19 Apr 2024. It said they will deliver our items as soon as possible, no estimated date and no phone number I can contact. I sent them an email on 29 Apr 2024 and they did not reply at all. I want my items or money back. I should review the comments before ordering next time.

I'm pleasantly surprised. My heart sank initially when I read some other reviews on TP of DustDeal.co.uk / DustDeal.com, *after* I'd placed my order for a replacement hose for an ageing but otherwise totally serviceable Miele vacuum cleaner. But I had been left with no choice: the 'customer services' (hah) at Miele had failed repeatedly to answer a simple question I had about what attachments came with their hose. So I am delighted that within a few days of placing the order with DustDeal the hose arrived, together with attachments at both ends. Which makes putting the Miele back together a doddle. In fact, if the image, spec and price on the Miele website is anything to go by, with DustDeal I have got much the better deal.

Placed an order and payment taken. Email received to say 'if in stock' would arrange shipment of item although item showing as in stock on website. Email sent chasing update on delivery - no response. Follow up email requesting delivery update or a refund as webpage offers a 30 day money back guarantee! Ironically all reviews on their website are 5* but found it impossible to post any review on their web page.
