Bought Once Gloss to repaint already white skirted boards and doors. Hubby painted them and it took 2 coats. Not like it says in the tin. We noticed the guarantee and promptly sent off an email. Reply states send them 250ml wet sample through the post. At my expense. Will be refunded the postage if they deem it so. So Dulux promise is not worth the ink they printed the tin with and the Once is a marketing gimmick. Awful service Dulux and judging by your reviews here I'm not alone. Ref 2346475 MH UPDATE : Spoke to Helen who resolved this matter to my satisfaction. I really wish it had been Helen I spoke to originally. I am updating the review to reflect this. However still stand by the paint isn't ONCE to make others aware. Helen has recommended another one from the range going forward -trade Gloss. Thanks again Helen for seeing the logic in my request.

Had issue with paint, rang them for advice and they were brilliant, refunded the paint and allowed us to buy another. Very helpful.

Update to my previous review. Dulux are very kindly sending me a voucher to spend at my local DIY store following my complaint. Many thanks, much appreciated.

Started to add a refresh or a new look to my decking. Over the time from outdoor weather elements my decking looked old, grey, like not looked after… So I started with cleaning and I hoped that after a good jet wash the grey colour will disappear, but nope, I was wrong. Then I decided that I have to sand it off the top layer, few years back I did the same and the natural wood colour get back to the surface. Applied wood treatment then I oiled… up to here all good but I wasn’t happy with the finish…. Was completely MAT, which isn’t a problem if you like it, but I don’t. So I knew that I will have to buy a better Oil with a Satin finish… After more then a day researching I find what I wanted and that was Osmo anti slip decking oil. I find it in a local Dulux shop and I collect it right away, and get home to finish my work. I am really pleased with the results of the product. By the way I am not affiliated or paid for this review. Done this just because I was struggling and I didn’t find what I needed. But thanks to Osmo and Dulux local shop from Basildon my problem is solved… Thanks and definitely recommend!

I am professional furniture painter. I use acrylic eggshell paint every week of the year. It varies from company to company but is essentially the same product. Eggshell finish, slight even sheen, fully wipeable, quite durable. I’ve often used Dulux Trade Diamond Eggshell in the past but not recently. A client specified it for painting some cabinets but it turned out to be the wrong product. I raised this with Dulux and they were very quick to respond and extremely helpful and they completely sorted me out. I would urge anyone with a problem to contact Dulux because they actually do care about their customers and their products and they are trying to get it right. I was amazed!
