Had nothing but problems with DPD, after contacting dryrobe I got Stephanie helping me. After sending details and screen shots of DPDs mistakes they was preparing to refund me. Luckily I asked for a replacement and asked kindly for delivery by Friday (was Tuesday I was talking to Stephanie) and had the item by the time I finished work Wednesday. Thanks!

I was expecting a parcel which was my coat. It says it been delivered to my neighbours when I knocked at my neighbours they said they had not received it so I contacted dry robe it and still three weeks on no response or email regarding this on the 15th February I received a replacement coat so thank you dry robe
