What I love about this product is the taste and the 100% natural ingredients. The price is also a massive bonus, very cheap for what you get. Well done guys, my family including my 6 year old daughter love all the flavours. I will be keeping my subscription going for a long long time

I ordered 2 boxes of the same flavour. Ginger and blueberry, LOVE IT. Unfortunately when the boxes arrived one box was the wrong flavour. I e mailed the same day and sent a photo. The very next morning I got an e mail to apologise and that they were dispatching the correct box by special delivery. They asked me not to return the wrong flavour but to keep it or give it away. Exactly what you want from a company. A speedy reply and a very speedy resolution .

Great product - no artificial sweeteners so no unpleasant aftertaste. The sugar used is necessary for fermentation. Great range of different products and flavours and reasonable prices. Lovely company to deal with - queries are answered very quickly. I can’t recommend highly enough.

A great customer service team and an amazing product.whenever there has been a hiccup with any delivery’s or my subscription the customer service have always gone above and beyond to make sure any replacement product are sent out. And such a great product! On a hot day I look forward to a cold can of hippop more than a cold beer !

Jonny in the customer service department pulled out all the stops to get my kombucha to me, despite the first delivery going astray in a local farmyard. He was friendly and efficient and "did what he said on the tin". I am now enjoying my kombucha and will be keen to place another order, once I have consumed this batch. Great product, great taste!
