Dooitu IT – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Ho pagato 30. euro per l’acquisto di gomitoli di cotone che non mi è mai arrivato…se sono falliti come dicono le recensioni perché ogni giorno ricevo offerte di sconti dell’80%????? La guardia di finanza pubblica la polizia postale dovrebbe bloccare la loro posta elettronica altrimenti ci saranno sempre più persone che continueranno a perdere soldi!!!!!!

I ordered a Cricut machine and supplies from this company on June 5th, but it never arrived. The customer service team was unresponsive, only answering one email stating that the item was out of stock and would arrive soon. However, there has been no communication since then. I requested to cancel my order, but received no reply or confirmation from customer service. This has been a complete disaster for me as a small business owner. I am extremely frustrated with this company's lack of professionalism and disregard for their customers. I have now involved my lawyer in the hopes of recovering my money somehow. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company unless you want to be ripped off.

The folks in Milan were wonderful, they went to great efforts to ensure my package arrived before Christmas. They were easy to reach over the phone and very friendly and helpful.

Einen grossen Teil des Zubehörs für meine Schmuck- designs, konnte ich in meinem Land so leider nicht finden, oder aber zu Preisen die ich unmöglich finanzieren kann.... Deshalb Fühler in die Nachbarländer ausstrecken und...; Dooitu gefunden!!! Ich habe jetzt schon mehrfach bei dooitu bestellt und muss sagen, dass mich die Auswahl begeistert! Vor allem das Zubehör in 925 ist reichlich, und auch von Swarovski beziehungsweise Nachfolger Prestige gibt es eine grosse Auswahl - und vieles anderes mehr! Ebenfalls kann man sich auf den Kunden Support verlassen. Bei Problemen (z.Bsp. Logistikpartner u.s.w.) wird sehr schnell geholfen und das Möglichste getan um zur Zufriedenheit aller eine Lösung zu finden! Ebenfalls finde ich die regelmässigen Actionen super und vorallem grosszügig! Als Kundin fühle ich mich - im Gegensatz zu manchen anderen Shops - bei Dooitu sehr geschätzt! Dooitu gehört eindeutig zu meinen Favoriten. Gerne werde ich auch weiterhin im Shop einkaufen. Ich kann es mit guten Gewissen empfehlen, mal im Shop vorbei zu schauen und zu stöbern!
