I placed an order and returned the product in 2 weeks. It was a year ago! they still haven't refunded me my $338! never buy anything from them!

Do not buy from this company unless you are sure! They will not refund your money! I have called 5 times and 5 months later still no refund. They always say "Its coming in 1-2 weeks" but it NEVER COMES! I even spoke to a supervisor - but it did not help!

I sent the product back in early May. It is now October and still no refund. They do NOT issue refunds, although the customer service rep kept telling me it was coming. Do not buy from them

This all started when my ortho recommended these braces. I ordered directly from them on this website and followed their sizing guides. It came in and I couldn't even close the brace. I messaged service and was told I needed to pay to return the product and then repurchase the product, despite the website boasting easy returns and a guarantee. They weren't able to provide a code to get me to the same initial pricing. After a long debate, they finally provided a prepaid label and I ordered a brace from somewhere else. It's been 3 weeks since my return. 2 weeks since someone signed for it. I emailed their support team per their instructions to let them know and I got nothing but radio silence. I finally had someone reply to their live chat vs just ending it without replying and I'm told they have to clear it with finance and can not provide a normal time frame. Don't do it. Their service is completely inefficient and they just use poorly scripted macros with no actual support or sympathy. I feel bad for them because it's obvious no one created a solid experience plan or empowered them to help in any way and I know they probably deal with this regularly.

This company refuses to issue any refunds! Run to a better product! We never received the product, and were told it would take 2-4 weeks to process refunds. Called again several weeks later and was just told the same thing. HORRIBLE COMPANY! Should be shut down by the BBB
