My experience with Dominos has more often than not been positive. Recently I ordered via the app for my Wife to collect but when she got there they had no order for us!! I frantically checked app due to angry Wife, I ordered from a Dominos almost 100 miles away!!! I place an order with my local Dominos and it's promptly cooked, and Wife is on her way home. I called the Chester (Central) Dominos (who had my order ready to collect, approx £50 order) explained the situation and asked if anything could be done i.e. partial refund and without hesitation they offered me a full refund, brilliant customer service. That level of customer care is totally worth me going out of my way to provide you with a positive review.

Used several times and never had a bad experience. Delivery drivers are always really friendly and the pizza is good. No issues with delivery times either. Sometimes the website deals are limited but that’s not the store’s fault.

Dominoes is always delicious, the only thing I don't like is the price jump, it starts at £9.99 for the 7" and I'm fine with that but the next one is £16.99 for 9.5", a £7 difference the next one is £20.99 for 11.5" another £4 and the last one is £22.99 for 13.5". I think it should go up in £3 jumps and should stop nearer to £20.99. A £7 jump is too much

I ordered a pizza from dominos halstead, my pizza was shocking. Thinner than a4 paper, no cheese, so much bbq sauce that you could do 3 pizzas with it. Tried playing spot the toppings but couldn’t find any.. I rang the store and spoken to Jordan. Jordan had my order remade and sent out within 30 mins, so lovely and apologetic. If it wasn’t for him I’d be giving 1 star, the driver Ewan was lovely too and really apologetic

I have ordered 2 pizzas (new yorker and Texas BBQ) and 2 sides. I just can to say were delicious 😋. The driver was respectful and friendly so I am happy for that.
