DKN UK – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Best treadmill ever. Happy with all the specifications and it is performing well. Worth the money. Few years ago I've ruptured my ACL and decided not to have reconstruction surgery so I feel safe using this machine it's exactly what I need.

The DKN emb600 is a very good quality exercise bike. It did malfunction after 10 months. Sweatband sent a replacement console but when that didn't fix it they promptly collected the bike and sent me a new one.

My exercise broke down after 12 months use. I wrote to DKN who replied within 24 hours with a suggestion to replace the power adapter. I received the power adapter within 48 hours but it did not resolve the problem. I contacted DKN again and within 48 hours they sent a new console and power cable. After fitting the new console the bike was operational. Excellent service from DKN

I didn't buy the cross-trainer direct from DKN but it was great - a bit of work to put together but that's expected of a complex piece of kit. My reason for writing the review was that I lost the power unit when moving house - without this, it's an expensive oversize paperweight. I contacted DKN to ask for specs so I could replace. Alex G went out of his way to find a solution even though it's out of production now, using a photo to check with technicians. Within a couple of days he was back with the details. So... sorry others have had problems but in this instance great support. Thanks Alex! (I don't normally write reviews but this deserved recognition)
