My initial order arrived as expected, though the sizing was off. I used the sizing guide but still came in one size too small. Sent it back and they sent a larger size replacement right out as soon as they received the return. Good quality product and service.

I was attempting to replace a discontinued lockset and a dummy handle and could not get the color I wanted. The staff helped me get a similar set in a different finish. The only problem with the transaction is that I did not get the Key Control Deadbolt Cylinder Cover in the package from Kwikset.
