Ich habe dort zum ersten Mal eingekauft und direkt eine sehr positive Erfahrung gemacht. Der Händler hat sehr schnell versendet, sehr gut verpackt und die Ware war in einem sehr guten gebrauchten Zustand, wie angegeben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Händler ist auch sehr angenehm. Ich bin jetzt glücklicher Besitzer eines ASP-Albums, welches es sonst so nirgendwo mehr zu kaufen gab. Ich werde bei diesem Händler wieder einkaufen.

I started collecting records only recently but I love Discogs. I only bought from sellers with good rating and never had a bad experience. Everything I bought came as expected, some sellers even gifted me a bunch of cool stickers. There are some scalpers there, but it's up to you whether you agree to buy an item or not.

I see quite a few bad reviews here, but I've been using Discogs for quite a while and never had a bad experience. I guess the secret is to look at sellers with experience and high ratings, same as Ebay. I wouldn't buy from people with less than 99%-98% positive feedback and even then I'd check the comments first. As for protection, if you pay with Paypal - you are still covered. Of course, as always when buying stuff online there are risks, but all-in-all, I'm happy.
