Order took longer than anticipated however i was kept up to date throughout . I had cancelled 2 previous orders for the same product elsewhere but stuck with this company as they were very transparent and offered a full refund when a further delay was encountered. Goods arrived albeit unexpectedly there seems to be an issue with the carriers i was delighted with the quality for the price paid

Technical help was first class as usual from this company. Not only that but they offered three possible alternatives to my original enquiry that had cost saving advantages. Professional no nonsense company why go anywhere else

Ordered an office desk. Initially, there was an issue with my delivery (normal CDD processes, by the sound of it, caused by my unusual circumstances, so not their fault). However, that was not at all a problem because Anne at the customer service was super friendly, fast, and went an extra mile to keep me updated. The product arrived meticulously packaged and even better than what I expected. 5 stars for service (thank you, Anne) and 5 stars for the product.

Following my 1 star review dated 7 January I feel I need to update the review. Very shortly after my initial review I was contacted by the company, and John apologised for the difficulties I had experienced in contacting them. The issue with the return of the chair was quickly resolved through Anne, who throughout acted in a very friendly, helpful and courteous manner. I could not have asked for anything more and I will, as a result, certainly consider purchasing again from this company when the need arises. Great service, thank you Anne.
