The process for changing to a new car was not quite as simple and quick as previously but the quote and organisation of the new car policy was easy and priced reasonably. Just had to wait a few days for the refund on the cancelled policy on previous car whereas this used to be deducted from the price of the new car policy.

Have used for years and really easy to contact with a policy amendment. No call centre no holding for ages, Hayley was very helpfully. Did claim a few years ago and very simple process.
