I bought their electric diffuser and received delivery prompty just 3 days afterwards. The item came so beautifully packaged (it's a shame to get rid of the box!) and extremely well protected This came from France, so I was impressed with the speed and condition of the delivery. The diffuser is excellent. The scent refills cost a fraction of their huge (2kg) candles but have the same power and fill my entire kitchen space (around 50 square metres) with beautiful scent. And it can be switched on/off easily to avoid wasting the scent when I don't need it on. I really recommend the product and service - thank you!

Les Bougies sont de qualité niveau olfactif. J’ai eu un problème avec une bougie, le service client a été très réactif. Merci à eux. Un produit et une marque que je recommande.

Diptyque est une très belle marque qui propose une gamme olfactive hors du commun. L'univers est raffiné et l'ambiance des boutiques à la hauteur des produits proposés. Ma préférence va vers le corner du BHV où le service proposé est exceptionnel tant par le professionnalisme des conseillers que par leur gentillesse et le soin apporté à l'expérience d'achat.

Ordered goods on 8th December, as at 21st December no parcel despite supposed 3-5 day delivery. Keep getting tracking message from DPD that parcel has been returned to France despite the parcel being around 40 miles from me by 20th December. Apparently a customs problem of supposed non payment of duty by Diptyque yet Diptyque say duty has been paid. Getting the runaround between unhelpful messages from DPD and a confused Diptyque. This was to be a Christmas present but doesn’t look like it will make it for Christmas as it seems to be on its way back to Diptyque. 22nd December Well, Diptyque Customer Relations have pulled out all the stops now and got a second parcel delivered to me special delivery this morning in time for Christmas just before the postal strike. Thank you Sylvie and Jessie for organising this….now considered 5 star customer service
