Dinovite – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

No customer service! No way to reach them! Their email is gone with their customer service! Do not start a subscription with them because they will not stop even when you can reach them! But you can't reach them anymore! BEWARE!

They force you into autoship/autopay. If you don’t want it, you have to cancel. I purchased the “free” trial sample for $9 shipping for a bag that was 4oz. They don’t answer their phones and take over an hour to respond in chat. Then the response in chat is to call them. Circle nightmare! Product may be good but my dog wouldn’t eat it. They did cancel my forced subscription by a very cold email that simply stated Cancelled. I’m waiting to see if they credit my credit card.

Do not buy! I bought the 5 pound box of Dinovite and it's suppost to help with shedding and when I ran out I bought the multi dog box because it's cheaper. Well their warranty says that it will keep your dog from shedding, but you can't be on your second box? Well when I called them they told me go give my dog a bigger scoop so that didn't work and not they will not help me. I am out hundreds of dollars. If there would have been a review of here I would have known better. So here is for all of you dog and cat lovers, DO NOT BUY!
