Disgusting experience. Shocking service lack of communication, no customer service. Purchased a gazebo and recieved product damage. Tried various attempts to communicate with Dicksmith to no avail. A replacement or refund pls Make contact with me before I take this matter further.

Dick Smith itself is a very good company to deal.with prompt and speedy in every way..couldn't hope for more or better.. The only thing was that it took a month to get my product from Auto services Ltd UK to NZ..that was the issue really the only issue..cheers

Dicksmith is a good online shop. I don't know why it has such bad reviews on Trustpilot because I found what I was looking for straight away, purchasing it was easy, tracking it was easy, and the processing and the dispatchment of my product was fast. After it got into my local courier's hands it slowed down a little but overall they were very useful and the product works well for very cheap!
