Very happy with shop and customer service. I contacted them on Facebook messenger first to see if the item I wanted was in stock, within 30 mins they replied back. I placed the order and received the tracking straight away. Item arrived in days.

Ordered 2 pair of oven mitts on sale at a great price. I'd seen a few comments about slow deliveries, but also that they didn't charge until items were shipped, so thought there was a process, at least. Imagine my surprise when my debit card was immediately charged, and no goods turned up (this was a month ago). Wrote customer service on their website, never got a reply. This seems like something more than a "stock issue." UPDATE: Contacted by Design2Please, based on this note, and all was resolved quickly and courteously--it was an understandable mixup, due to a second-rate courier service. I have ordered a product which unfortunately did not work with our hob. No quibble refund was issued. I will be certain to use the site again when I require any household items in the future.
