DeSerres – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

This is by no means a small company. Looks like a Michaels store but mostly concentrated in Quebec and they are peppered all over the province. I placed an order and never got any news back from them so i have no clue when my order is going to get fulfilled or it was delayed due to back order stock. Tried to contact them and as other says their customer service is only available on monday and thursday on the phone and god knows when they answer their emails. How in the ------ can a business this big have a more than totally barebones customer service like this is beyond me. I guess their online webstore is managed by someone who comes in a few days a week from what i can see. Utter trash customer service, stay away and shop elsewhere if you have to do it online. This is not worth the stress and aggravation and if you need goods in a hurry, you won't find that on their site.

Customer service is never available. I can't reach them by chat or call. Poor package of paper. They put paper sheets close (in the same section of wrapping material) to the frame that I ordered and of course, the paper was damaged by frame screws.

Product delivered damaged and no response from support team in almost 2 weeks. EDIT. It took 3 weeks for a reply but their support team refunded the damaged product

I ordered a pack of watercolors and they arrived in five days. Lots of shipping updates too. Will order from them again.

Prompt shipping by Deserres staff both times I ordered. Was pleasantly surprised after ordering there for the first time. My art supplies store of choice for delivery (by Nationex) and customer service.
