Deliveroo – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I have a Deliveroo Plus account so use Deliveroo all the time. Most deliveries are on time and the app is easy to use. There have been some isolated instances where delivery has been delayed but they refund me if I pay for Premium delivery so that helps. Overall I find it a really good delivery service (for all sorts of things - takeout but also groceries etc)

I order from here quite a lot and my orders are always 95% of the time correct. It’s always quite fast as well

Always find the delivery staff friendly. If any mistakes are made, refunds..well... account credit is topped up almost instantly

I’ve had some really bad service things missing or not what l ordered, same happened this morning, but l had to write a review as the driver who delivered was the nicest man and so helpful l had to write a review for him, he went back to the shop and changed it, he had a amazing personality, he made my day

I use Deliveroo a lot and it generally goes very well. When items have been incorrect or missing they have quickly applied credit to my account.
