Tried different sofas out in the shop was given print out if prices sizes etc to take home ordered one delivery much quicker than expected all arrived good experience from start to finish

A very good experience generally. Though expensive. We picked out a beautiful sofa bed with the assistance of some very helpful sales advisers in the lovely show room in Surrey. The item arrived in good time with no hassle. The only issue we had was when the delivery company called me at first- they appeared rather inflexible on dates. Having not been able to fit in with their schedule, I got a much better response from the agent who dealt with my second call who provided me with much more flexibility and arranged a date according to my availability rather than that of the delivery company. The delivery men were very good with getting the sofa bed into the house and appeared professional. It looks great and I would use Darlings again.
