Fast delivery of product. Received results 6-7 weeks later. The results aligned with what I already knew about my health and family history, and also provided some new information that was useful. The results are quite comprehensive (couple hundred pages). Definitely interested in their other more specific tests.

I received my kit promptly and it was easy to return. I received my results actually in just under the promised time frame and all of the panels that they provided me appeared to align perfectly with what I know about my own symptoms, family history and my traits and lifestyle. Good quality test and relatively fast response. Did my test with dried blood sample and got a response in a month. The data quality looks good, but fetching of data was available only for a month without a warning, which made me pay for subsription to get my data

Sample was easy to take and got results within the promised time period. Reports contained a lot of information, some of which was easier to understand and some that was harder. Not every result had a detailed enough explanation of what it means.
