I had a package that was stolen unfortunately and I reached out to the customer service team via whatsapp and they were very helpful and sent me a replacement item express shipping free of charge. The rep I chatted with on whatsapp was Elena and she was very helpful. After receiving my replacement item, I like the quality and can’t wait to wear it on vacation.
