Daily High Club – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I had an issue with my box arriving in time for Christmas, customer service made sure that it arrived on the 24th as it was a gift! It is missing an item but I have total faith that they’ll rectify it. I owe them an apology as well for my impatience as they rectified the shipping arrival issue in time. I hight recommend the company!

Worst customer service and experience with this company. Did not receive the main part of my order that was $38 they only shipped the added papers I ordered which was $1.99. Complete ripoff and customer service won't reply or get back to me. UPDATE: received a replacement order 6/4/2024 for the item I purchased on the 4/20/24 sale. Customer service saw my review here and reached out to me. They informed me they had some issues due to changing to a new system. Which seemed to be the reason they kept transferring me around and I didn't get responses. Glad I received what I paid for.

My order arrived with the main item damaged & it’s missing items. Emailed them numerous times with no response & its been two weeks. I’ve tried contacting their social media etc, nothing. Their customer service USED to be awesome! NOT anymore! If they respond back to my review that they have emailed me please know that they are absolutely lying! I would love to be proven wrong & my order rectified. Until then I stand by this negative review. *As of 5/9/24 NOONE from the company has reached out to me* *UPDATE* As of 5/12/24 & as they stated below they are working with me to replace the box & that is accurate. Youssef has been assisting me & has been responsive/helpful via email. I will completely update my review once my former box is replaced. *UPDATE* As of 5/28/24 I received a replacement box of which arrived with all the items & in excellent condition. They were unable to replace my exact order item but they upgraded to one that was of higher value than I paid! Youssef & Dench provided exceptionally great customer service. I am happy to say they have an old customer back, I’m revoking my previous bad review/rating & updating it with an excellent score! Thanks DHC!
