Do not buy anything from this brand. The oversized mittens are very cheap and all the tufts are falling out. I contacted them to get a refund and send the mittens back and I got wrong information, then ignored and a complete silence. I would advise anyone tempted to purchase anything from this site to listen to my review. The styles look expensive but the fabrics are cheap cheap cheap. Their customer service is appalling.

Ordered 2 "organza" flower ties from Cynthia Rowley website...I just received them, and they are very inferior in quality. I have attempted to start a return, and they are refusing to allow bc "final sale". This was not indicated when I ordered them, and $105 is not a sale price bc the same flower ties are listed on Amazon for$105... They look like they should cost MAYBE $25 each...I would never have ordered anything sight unseen if I couldn't return the unsatisfactory product. Customer Service has not responded to me at all.

I made a boot purchase on line and to my disappointment the boot was 2 sizes too small. I emailed customer service for a resolution and they never replied. Unfortunately the boot sold out. I decided to call the store and a very delightful man named Steve, located and mailed me the size I needed. He also was able to locate a bikini bottom that was never mailed that also sold out. He had both items in store and mailed them to me immediately. Steve your the best you definitely opened the skies for me!!! Cynthia Rowley should be glad to have you!! Very Satisfied Customer
