cyberport DE – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Nach dem Lesen von so vielen negativen Bewertungen wollte ich meinen neuen PC erst gar nicht bei Cyberport bestellen... Hab es aber doch getan und verwende ihn gerade um dies zu schreiben. Vor einer Woche bestellt auf der A Seite, aus Deutschland geliefert gestern und auf Anhieb alles in Ordnung. Also 5 Sterne

I've had my doubts due to the low review score, however, I confirmed that this is most likely due to delays in shipping. Even though I had a slight delay in shipping, my components arrived within 10 days. The customer support is prompt, I spoke with Daniel. I'll definitely buy again, prices are amazing as well and the experience is seamless. I would only suggest providing more realistic shipping time.

Hab insgesamt bereits zwei mal bei dem Unternehmen bestellt. Die erste Bestellung war am 18.10.2021 und die zweite am 24.11.2022. Beide Bestellungen kamen zügig und in gutem Zustand an. Hab bis jetzt nur positive Erfahrungen mit dem Unternehmen gemacht, deshalb klare Weiterempfehlung!

I really like cyberport and their online portal. But it is kinda frustrating if you need something really really fast and want to trust their statements on the website. "Deliverable within 24h to the store" isn't entirely correct for the weekend. Usually that is understandable, but I ordered the device Friday morning to the cyberport shop in Vienna which HAS opening hours till late saturday, but the device arrived monday at noon. So when are the delivery windows? I wish they would tell me clearly on the website... "Available at the store".... what does it mean? Once upon a time I wanted to buy a product "available at the store". But the employee at the store said that it just can be delivered from the central storage to the store. Maybe I understood it wrongly but when something is "available AT THE STORE" I expect it to be available there and not at the central storage 800km away (Besides i didn't know where their central storage is located until i rang up their customer service. It makes a difference for the delivery time, if the central storage is in the neighbourhood, or in another country). This was the second time this happened. So what does "available at the store" mean? Cyberport is a great company, their employees are really nice, the customer service is great. And they are usually fast with deliveries. But i wish they would phrase their delivery promises in an unambiguous way. Because both issues exist since 10 years ago if one believes people on internet forums.
