Frame arrived on time and looks nice. I was disappointed that I did not receive the 30% discount I requested nor any reply to that request. Also, I think a notice with the shipment to remove the film from both sides of the acrylic would be helpful.

I ordered several sample backgrounds for the shadow box frames I was interested in. The background selection and frames I ultimately ordered arrived well packed. They were perfect for my framed vintage pennants. The frames look much heavier than they are; I was able to hang on the wall with heavy duty command strips.

Nice frames built to specs, great customer service! Box was not handled particularly carefully by carrier (completely open on both ends, large gash all the way through the box), but frames luckily undamaged. Might be a good idea to reinforce packing since there seems to be a risk to safely of packages during shipping.

I ordered my frames by phone with the help of customer service. My frames arrived in excellent condition! They were more beautiful in person! I am so pleased, that they were made to the exact measurements. Absolutely love the gold frames.
