These linen sheets are the best I have ever purchased, a perfect weight and a sensational feel. The color is so saturated, I purchased the navy, dark and rich. I also have to comment that in error I purchased the euro size sham as an extra pillowcase set. In a survey I mentioned this… I was contacted by a concerned representative who without cost to me sent me a set of standard size pillowcases..at NO charge!… No that is customer service!! Thank you so much for your help

I have had to reach out to them for two separate issue, and both time the issue were handle timely and professionally and I was completely satisfied with the outcome. I have order with them 3 times (sheets, bag & table cloth) and there product are amazing.
