Crossrope – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I don't understand why so many people are saying the ropes are bad and the customer service is terrible or non existent. I've been using crossropes for 9 years and all my ropes have lasted many months no matter where I jump. I jump daily for 40 min and give the ropes hell. I've received nothing but excellent customer service. The amp handles clearly state that a membership is required for the App. It's right there on the website next to the handles. They cost more than other ropes but when you are serious about jumping rope, there is no better ropes out there, imo.

I have used Crossrope for 2 years now and the ropes are still in good condition. Really durable. I have had some trouble with the handles, but i made a waranty claim and 2 days later they sent me a new pair. I have the get strong and get lean sets. Great quality product and great customer service. And great selection of ropes. Best ropes out there!

I bought the get lean set. I had quick delivery from their branch in the UK. Amazing customer service, open and honest advice and information. I had to make an extra purchase directly from the US, with help from the UK branch. All contact via email. That purchase was also made easy and was straight forward. My item arrived in under 7 days! I am really happy with my Crossrope products. In my experience I would give higher than five stars if I could!

Fantastiske sjippetorv! Mega god kvalitet, og super fed App med gratis træningssessioner. Uden tvivl i den øvre prisklasse, men jeg mener også man får den kvalitet man betaler for. Tip: hvis du ligger imellem størrelser, så hold dig til den mindre størrelse. Det giver en mere smooth oplevelse. Jeg startede ud med XL, men fik det byttet til et L uden problemer.

After not receiving the product, I promptly emailed customer support. They immediately shipped out a new product to a local FedEx distribution location. I received the product in 2 days. I received excellent service.
