Crepe Erase – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Product doesn’t work. I ordered trial and did not realize they would do an auto ship. Spent over an hour on phone calls cancelling, having to ship back on my own dime and having them credit me minus shipping and handling so a second call needed to be placed.

Don't sign up. I didn't sign up for autoship. When I realized they had, I contacted them immediately and told them to take me off autoship. They did not, and just charged me $93 for something I clearly expressed I did not want. Beware.

Crappy product — no better than Walmart brand moisturizers. And practically impossible to cancel. I have received multiple erroneous charges that have taken significant time to rectify. I may need to change my credit card number just to stop this. Horrible.

Really overpriced, underwhelming skincare. The big problem with this is the subscription process which is a HUGE scam. The company makes it a huge hassle to cancel the subscription and will continue to send you unordered, unrequested products at ridiculous prices and insist that you pay for them. As far as I am concerned they are an unscrupulous company and this is a product based scam. I finally blocked this company on Paypal so they would stop sending me stuff. They seem to think regular people have $300 a month to spend on skincare products. I called several times to cancel, but they did not cancel the account. Instead they sent me a bill for over $300 for products that were returned to them. Dealing with this company was not a good experience.

You can’t stop them, they will keep sending product and emails like crazy.
