Great products at great prices. I compared several items and they were always always less expensive. Always happy with their service. For people with negative reviews, I recommend that everyone READS everything properly before they purchase. Instead of complaining, people should own up to their mistakes and chalk it up to a lesson learnt.

Their website gives you NO telephone number to contact them directly. So, when I needed information before placing an order, I sent a message to their customer service department. I never heard back. I just guessed when I placed my order (there were several options). I ordered incorrectly and I tried to cancel the order in less than 2 hrs., which wasn't allowed. Only then did I find out that I would need to make a return to Canada. Their websites ONLY mention of Canada was "we ship to Canada". The cheapest (UPS, FED EX, USPS) means of return, still cost ME almost $40.00. Horrible customer service experience throughout! Returns are paid for by you, no matter the circumstances. Buyer Beware!!
