I'm astonished at some of the poor reviews here. My experience with this company has been first rate. I ordered a custom cover from them and later realised I had put a wrong measurement in. I rang them at 6pm with little hope of an answer, but a nice lady answered and sorted the whole problem out for me over the phone. I've had previous covers from them and have been very happy with the quality, which stands good comparison with rival companies. I have absolutely no connection with this company, and whilst sympathetic to those who have not had a good experience, I just wanted to show that there is another side to this coin.

Great pool cover! Lots of help and communication during the design process. The cover was shipped from India which was a surprise but it arrived during the time stated and It's now installed and fits a treat!

I made a large lean to for our garden and needed 5 different sizes of waterproof curtains for the sides. I opted for the strip top and bottom with large clear panels in the middle. Ordered them on the 26th August and was delivered on the 2nd. I'm very impressed with the quality and thickness of the material. I'm guessing the bad reviews are from customers who have made a mistake measuring or ordering because I cannot find fault with my order.

After buying unusual shaped garden chairs from John Lewis I looked for covers to save the regular cushion removal with the unpredictable English weather. I’d used this company before for an easy shaped pizza table. I chose the best shaped cover on their website and attached a photo. I received 4 emails from the company asking for more measurements and photos to help them produce the covers. I had anticipated a much bigger cover as the chairs were circular and I would resort to pulling hard on the drawstring after each use. What I received were 2 perfectly shaped and fitting covers that got their first use within 30 minutes of arrival with rain. The covers are thick, durable, plastic and I couldn’t be more delighted with them.

After searching and searching trying to find the correct size covers for my cushions to no avail. I just so happened to stumble across this fantastic company. Not only was it quick and easy to create my basket with all the sizes I needed. I was kept well informed regarding my order and it wasn’t long before they were at my front door. Being very reasonably priced and how quickly they arrived. I like I’m sure most, I was very skeptical on how happy I would be with them. As soon as I started unpacking them I was pleasantly surprised by how well made they were. Not only are they very well made they were a perfect fit for every single one of my cushions. I couldn’t recommend them enough! Thank you so much, one very happy customer!
