Cover-More – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I had a positive outcome with a recent claim and had our cruise tickets and flights refunded as we were unable to go on our holiday due to a medical issue. The claim approval came quickly and email updates kept me informed.

I had a positive (payout!) result, with a two-day turnaround. When I phoned to make sure I was eligible to claim, the phone consultant was very helpful, and explained my options with great clarity. I’ve used CoverMore to insure my trips for nearly a decade (and never needed to claim,) so it was nice to receive a payment!

While it was tedious to gather doctors reports and complete the paperwork process (totally understandable) Covermore were prompt to respond and approve our claim.
