I was set up for auto renew but hadn’t used the service in 3 months, and am now out of school, I was charged $71.00 and was initially told they couldn’t do anything about it. But another representative emailed me and said they would reverse the charges.

I had written how they charged me a full year even though I just wanted a monthly subscription. My issue was resolved with them with no issues. They refunded me back my money.
