1/J’ai acheté un plaid chauffant dont la commande electrique dysfonctionnait depuis le debut. 2/ j’habite en raze campagne en France dont l’adresse n’est pas comprise par tous les fournisseurs Hanna, a envoye une nouvelle télécommande qui ne m’est jamais parvenue, et, grace a nos échanges recurrents et courtois, nous avons finalement eu gain de cause, j’en suis meme sortie gagnante car je reçois ce jour un NOUVEAU plaid chauffant avec une commande qui MARCHE. MERCI A HANNA pour sa competence , sa tenacite qui vaut bien la mienne, et merci a l’equipe commerciale pour son geste

I had a small issue with my blanket so reached out to customer services. As with the previous occasion I dealt with them the experience was seamless. I felt listened to and understood my query was handled so professionally by staff and the blanket I had an issue with was replaced free of charge without hesitation. I've used various brands for heAted throws and cozy home have been the best I've used to date. The quality of the products are high they look stylish and appear like they're a decorative piece of furniture but best of all they're toasty warm and save a bomb on heating costs, I would personally highly recommend

First class customer service (Jenny). My wife loves the heated throw. Lovely quality. We had a technical issue some months after purchase, customer service understood the issue and resolved it immediately. Excellent company to deal with. Highly recommended.

The first buy was smooth and hassle free. After about a year the controller started to fail, but through to customer services and with absolutely no hassle they replaced free of charge and the part came out the next. Fantastic customer service
