Copytrack isn't a scam. It is a legitimate company. As a photographer its an invaluable service. An image I shot back in 2007 has ended up on sites like Etsy, Red Bubble, Amazon and eBay to name a few. The image I worked so hard to get is being sold on mugs,T shirts, Posters and postcards. I have not authorised this to anyone so after years of trying to combat this theft I've enlisted the help of Copytrack. If you think they won't take legal action against you then thats the risk you take but be aware that us photographers are fighting back. This theft of my images has cost me many thousands.

Concordo perfettamente con Guido Rossi. Infatti la Polizia Postale va contro gli atti illeciti e protegge fortemente anche il nostro diritto d’autore e va contro i truffatori ed anche contro quelli che diffondono informazione falsa. Se qualcuno ha il coraggio di denunciare CopyTrack che lo faccia pure, e vediamo come andrà a finire. Per qualche motivo sono attivi da 9 anni ed efficaci più che mai. Alcuni in questa chat pensano che l'autore di un'opera non abbia il diritto di chiedere risarcimenti per quanto la sua opera venga utilizzata illecitamente da qualcun irresponsabile che pensa di avere tutto il dominio su ciò che trova su internet. Alcuni in questa chat pensano che ricevere una lettera da uno studio legale ( Copytrack ) “ sia uno scam “ al quale noi artisti abbiamo dato il comando e l'autorizzazione di prendere atto per tutelare il nostro diritto In fatti, Copytrack ha tutte le risorse e reti legali internazionali e tutti gli strumenti necessari e legitima documentazione per dimostrare e sostentare le loro richieste. Copytrack non chiede soldi, prima di tutto chiede però delle prove di licenze d’utilizzo nei casi sospetti, in caso contrario giustamente chiede un post licensing con lo scopo di legalizzare la situazione, questo è un nostro mandato, noi siamo i loro clienti. Le lettere raccomandate sono all’ordine del giorno per chi non vuole ascoltare o rispondere a queste richieste. a voi la scelta.

Per Rispondere ad: Andrea, Angelo ed Edoardo State sbagliando tutti e tre, Copytrack è un'azienda molto seria, che protegge il copyright di noi fotografi professionisti. Oggi molti pensano che perché una foto è su Google, di poterla usare come credono anche a su siti con scopi commerciali, ignorando un po' per comodo un po' grassa ignoranza che esistono delle leggi a livello mondiale che regolano il diritto d'autore. Volendo un fotografo a cui viene utilizzata un'immagine senza la sua autorizzazione potrebbe fare una denuncia per furto alla Polizia Postale e non come scrive Andrea, Copytract non TRUFFA nessuno, ma chiede il giusto complesso a chi non rispetta le regole e nel caso li porta anche in tribunale. Prova della legittimità dell'operato di Copytrack, sono le varie cause vinte nei vari tribunali Italiani, dove in diversi casi erano mie immagini, usate "rubate" da mal informati e disonesti. Io sono artista e fotografo pubblicitario e lavoro per la stampa internazionale. Da 3 anni che il mio lavoro viene tutelato come mai prima grazie al supporto legale di Copytrack. Azienda registrata con sede in Germania, con numero telefonico e indirizzo reale, basta solo entrare nel loro sito e rendersi conto della verità. Chi vuole informazione la trova. Chiedo gentilmente a chi vuole contrastare la serietà di quest'azienda di stare attento quando si fa un commento senza basamenti e senza responsabilità. Probabilmente queste persone hanno dovuto rispondere alle leggi del copyright in passato. Suggerisco a chi riceve una comunicazione da parte da Copytrack di cercare assistenza legale e informarsi bene prima che la situazione diventi più delicata.
