Great chocolate from a small UK company, made even better by genuinely helpful, fast customer service. I've long been a fan of Conscious but it's usually a rare treat owing to the relatively high cost (though it's excellent value!) The very smooth texture and intense but natural-tasting flavours make it stand out, as does the company ethos. Recently a sale put more of this good chocolate in reach. We made a fairly large order but then missed the delivery attempts and our package was returned to Conscious – the Shop app had not picked up delivery details from the associated email and we didn't even know the package had been shipped. I phoned Conscious genuinely baffled about our 'missing' order. Konrad promptly found out, informed us of the details, and then arranged a new next-day delivery which duly turned up mid-morning today. We got a good deal on the chocolate and I can't rate their helpful and practical attitude highly enough. Highly recommended! Thank you again, Konrad!

This is the chocolate of Gods, the best kept secret and no sugar! Amazing.
